My name is Sue and I have 30+ years in food related industry. I am a pastry chef and have a degree in Nutrition & Hospitality! In addition, I have taken classes sponsored by the Culinary Institute of America! I began my culinary career in a family run bakery and since have honed my skills as a chef/pastry chef in various types of restaurants! I served as a Food Service Manager for Marriott Food Services, Gonzaga University, and Harrington School District. I was also instrumental in setting up two bed and breakfast menu's on the Oregon Coast. I have taught classes in pastry and dessert making and in cake decorating and have placed 1st in several cake decorating competitions. I have recently received my certificate from the State of Arizona to sell baked products and have received my food handlers permit for Yavapai County.
